Are you unhappy with your paid subscription?
Before you "open a dispute", talk to me first. Please.
I just wanted to jump in real quick with an extra post because I need to address something that has thrown me off-kilter.
A couple of days ago I received an email saying that one of my paid subscribers had opened a dispute with their bank about the subscription charge, on the grounds that they “didn’t receive the purchased product”.
